  • Business Information: Company name, address, GST/PAN numbers, and other business details you enter.
  • Client & Lead Data: Contact details, project information, invoices, and notes you create within the app.
  • Communications: Messages or support requests you send to us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Features used, screens visited, timestamps of actions.
  • Push Notification Tokens: Used solely to deliver in-app notifications you opt into.
  • Log Data: IP address, error logs, and crash reports for app stability.
  • Call & Transcript Data: Audio recordings and transcripts generated during 1-on-1 calls, only when explicitly enabled by the user.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account and company workspace.
  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Process and display leads, projects, tasks, invoices, and client data you create.
  • Send transactional emails (invoice delivery, client proposals, OTP verification).
  • Send push notifications for task reminders, updates, and alerts (only with your consent).
  • Generate AI suggestions and summaries based on transcripts and activity.
  • Respond to support requests and inquiries.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security threats.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:

  • Within Your Workspace: Data you create is shared with other members of your company account as you configure.
  • Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our infrastructure (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred with appropriate notice.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
  • Hashed and salted passwords (bcrypt).
  • Token-based authentication (Laravel Sanctum).
  • Role-based access control within company workspaces.
  • Peer-to-peer WebRTC calling for audio and video calls.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9). We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, Razorpay). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
